Я получил токен.После использования полученного токена сделать запрос на защищенный ресурс API api/user/search.Это дало мне код состояния 401.

Моим решением было добавить секрет при создании экземпляра ресурса API.

Кажется, моя конфигурация недействительна для API Resource.

После добавления общего секретного ключа, который былопределены в client.ClientSecrets = new[] {new Secret("web-api-secret".Sha256())}; до apiResource:

    api1Resource.ApiSecrets.Add(new Secret("web-api-secret".Sha256()));

Я мог бы успешно отправить запрос на защищенные ресурсы.
