BottomNavigationView не существует

Я пытаюсь использовать навигационный редактор с нижней навигационной панелью, но кажется, что нижняя навигационная панорама только вызывает проблему.

Поскольку вы перешли на AndroidX ... попробуйте использовать com.google.android.material.bottomnavigation.BottomNavigationView вместо 

<com.google.android.material.bottomnavigation.BottomNavigationView

        android:layout_marginStart="0dp"

        app:layout_constraintRight_toRightOf="parent"
