Этот вопрос является расширением следующего:

Не удается найти библиотеку ссылок (lNrrdIO)

Решение, данное Цываревым, сработало для lNrrdIO.a, скомпилированоиз NrrdIO версии 1.9.0, но когда я попробовал то же самое из NrrdIO версии 1.11.0, которая генерирует библиотеку libNrrdIO.a.Я сделал одно и то же для обоих, просто изменив cmakelists.txt в строке LINK_LIBRARIES, изменив NrrdIO на ibNrrdIO.Но это приводит к следующей ошибке:

Может кто-нибудь помочь определить, в чем может быть проблема?Можно ли сделать cmake для поиска библиотеки libNrrdIO.a?используя какую-то встроенную функцию?Спасибо

Проблема была окончательно решена, с помощью доктора Венгера из Университета штата Огайо, он предложил сделать 2 модификации в CMakeLists NrrdIO версии 1.11.0, установив значение QNANHABIT в 1 и раскомментировав строкуADD_DEFINITIONS(-DTEEM_ZLIB=1) Я приложил модифицированный файл CMakeLists для справки:
