Не все элементы панели инструментов работают в ckeditor inline

Question

при использовании ckeditor во встроенном режиме не все элементы стандартной конфигурации отображаются, например, выравнивать предметы. Я думаю, что выравнивание будет иметь смысл во встроенном режиме?

Похоже, вы используете стандартную предустановку, а плагин Bidi доступен только в полной предустановке.
