Я хочу исключить определенные маршруты от использования токена JWT

Я работаю с Symfony4, API Platform и LexikJWTAuthenticationBundle.Требуется наличие токена доступа для доступа к API, но для определенных маршрутов я хочу, чтобы они были общедоступными.Например, /api/games и /api/games/{id}.

Вы пытались удалить последнюю строку? 

- { path: ^/api,       roles: IS_AUTHENTICATED_ANONYMOUSLY }

и добавить все защищенные маршруты, кроме /api/games.

...
