Нет экземпляров Post, которые выдают ошибку NilClass.Вы можете заполнить базу данных, как предложено в другом посте.Для получения дополнительной информации о заполнении базы данных проверьте документацию rails по заполнению.

не уверен, сможем ли мы установить автоматическую миграцию при развертывании на heroku, но после развертывания кода на герою вам нужно запустить

heroku run rake db:migrate

и ваша проблема будет решена.
