Я работаю над сборкой PDF и загрузкой на сервер.Ниже код сбой при выборе файла из загрузки.И работает нормально, если файл выбрать из любого другого каталога.
Я пробовал ниже код на OnePlus 6 и Nokia 6,1, которые имеют (Android 9) Pie OS.

Только content://downloads/my_downloads Возврат Curser Объект.другие content://downloads/public_downloads и content://downloads/all_downloads возврат null.
Проблема :
Когда файл выбран из Downloads, Cursor.moveToFirst() имеет значение false.и я не получаю путь к файлу.
