Вложенные атрибуты и создание экземпляра двух отдельных моделей в одном контроллере (родительском контроллере)

Question

Мое приложение имеет две модели: Арендатор (квартира) и Пользователь (устройство). Я сделал это так, чтобы атрибуты для обеих моделей можно было установить через одну форму, используя вложенные атрибуты. Проблема в том, что при отправке формы создается только экземпляр Tenant, а не Пользователь.

Ошибка в CLI: unpermitted parameter :user, но атрибуты имеют правильные значения при отправке формы:

Вы разрешаете user_attributes, но получаете пользователя в качестве параметров, так что
