Также у меня установлен git-credential-manager.

Редактировать: Этот URL https://abc-masked.visualstudio.com/ при открытии в браузере немедленно перенаправляет на https://dev.azure.com/abc-masked. Поэтому я добавил сертификаты *.dev.azure.com и *.visualstudio.com для цепочки для ключей Mac и Java Keystore
