Я хочу создать простое приложение на основе фрагментов, но не могу загрузить библиотеку.

Не удалось получить ресурс 'https://dl.google.com/dl/android/maven2/com/android/support/support-fragment/28.0.0/support-fragment-28.0.0.aar'

Что я пробовал:

1. обновить настройки прокси
2. удалить прокси
3. настройки Проверить
4. проверить соединение
5. Добавить:

Все началось с реализации 'com.android.support:support-v4:28.0.0', которая не работала

1. Вы либо импортируете неправильную зависимость в свой (app) build.gradle, либо
2. У вас есть проблемы с DNS на вашем устройстве / сети.
3. Выможет быть в состоянии попробовать это тоже;Добавьте это в приложение build.gradle

    }

Я надеюсь, что это одно из них, потому что их легко решить.Дайте мне знать, если это будет решено.
