установка django-heroku дает ошибку

Я пытаюсь развернуть свое приложение на heroku, но после выполнения pip install django-heroku выдает ошибку.Я использую Python 3 с Django 2.2 на Mac.

В сообщении об ошибке рекомендуется установить psycopg2-binary , что я и сделал, но после установки я все еще вижу ту же ошибку.Спасибо за помощь.
