С помощью WMI можно получить список всех сетевых адаптеров (Win32_NetworkAdapter), даже отключенных (поскольку NetworkInterface.GetAllNetworkInterfaces возвращает только включенные). Однако в некоторых системах WMI отключен, так что это не всегда можно использовать. Я просматривал документы по winapi, но не смог найти функцию, которая их всех возвращает. Существует ли такая функция (и какая)? Я не хочу разбирать netsh.
