как ссылаться на модуль в Java

У меня есть проект в Java, который содержит два модуля.

Первый модуль - это пружинная загрузка, и мой контроллер находится в этом модуле, и я называю его Host Api.

Второй модуль - это модуль maven, назовите его командным слоем и всей общей моделью в этом модуле.

Моя проблема здесь, когда я хочу сослаться между двумя модулями (это означает, что мой контроллер использует общую модель), мой проект работает нормально, но когда я clean compile install whit maven выдает ошибку

И когда я clean compile install снова выдаю мне ошибку

Вы должны выполнить mvn install также для проекта commandartifact, чтобы установить его в локальный репозиторий maven.
