Не удалось выполнить цель org.apache.maven.plugins: maven-surefire-plugin: 3.0.0-M3: тест (default-test) при автоматизации проекта: есть тестовые сбои

Невозможно запустить один тест, используя: mvn -Dtest = SettingsTest # test * test

Я выполнил шаги, упомянутые здесь: https://maven.apache.org/surefire/maven-surefire-plugin/examples/single-test.html

Выдает ошибку:

все остальные команды, такие как: mvn clean install, mvn clean compile работают нормально.

Что-то не так в моем файле pom.xml или что-то не так с настройкой?

Вы используете какой-нибудь плагин в своем проекте? Как уже упоминалось в следующей статье, это исключение не от maven, а от плагинов https://cwiki.apache.org//confluence/display/MAVEN/MojoFailureException
