Я создаю сценарий для извлечения текста из отсканированного PDF, чтобы создать словарь JSON для последующей реализации в MongoDB. Проблема, с которой я столкнулся, заключается в том, что при использовании tesseract-ocr через модуль Textract успешно извлекается весь текст, но он читается на python, поэтому весь пробел в PDF-файле превращается в '\ n', что делает его очень трудным для извлечения информация необходима.

Я попытался очистить его, используя несколько строк кода, но он все еще не очень читабелен. и это избавляет от всех двоеточий, которые, как мне кажется, значительно облегчат идентификацию ключей и значений.
