Я использую react-native 0.57.2 и react-native-onesignal пакет 3.2.12.

Уже переместил google () над jcenter (), как предлагали некоторые, но безуспешно. Кто-то, кто может помочь:)

Вы не интегрировали Firebase в свой проект. Поскольку ваши зависимости в app / build.gradle должны иметь ядро ​​firebase и обмен сообщениями, также в MainApplication.java добавляются новые пакеты. И следуйте полному руководству по установке здесь

Или, если вы не используете пакеты firebase, удалите их из package.json и других операторов импорта.

Затем очистите ваш проект с помощью cd android && ./gradlew clean.
