Python - API ElementTree XML (не анализируется, как ожидалось)

XML-ответ не так просто анализировать в объекте Element Tree.

Я попытался выполнить синтаксический анализ в виде строки и найти и заменить значения, он становится очень грязным, синтаксический анализ XML должен быть проще, чем этот?
