Нет элемента <entityframework>в файле web.config в проекте ASP.net MVC

Я попал в ту часть, где говорится, что нужно отредактировать файл web.config, как показано ниже, чтобы структура сущностей могла использовать класс initializer.

Некоторые элементы являются необязательными в файле web.config. Если они отсутствуют, просто добавьте их.
