Resize RelativeLayout Выровнено по низу (нижний колонтитул) и ниже NestedScrollView

Привет, ребята, добрый вечер!

Я пытаюсь изменить размер высоты пользовательского представления (RelativeLayout) после сенсорного события, и это не работает.

Идея такова: я получил один пользовательский RelativeLayout в качестве представления нижнего колонтитула, а в случае касания другого представления я изменяю содержимое нижнего колонтитула.Каждый ребенок имеет разную высоту, поэтому представление нижнего колонтитула должно соответствовать самому росту ребенка.

В основном, изменение размера происходит нормально, я устанавливаю новое значение высоты в представлении нижнего колонтитула и вижу, как экран обновляется сновая область, но сразу после представления нижнего колонтитула вернитесь к старому значению высоты.
