не может правильно собрать OpenCV + GStreamer (MinGW, Windows)

Я пытаюсь запустить тестовый конвейер: 

 cv::VideoCapture cap = cv::VideoCapture(" autovideosrc ! videoconvert ! appsink0 ", cv::CAP_GSTREAMER);

Но он не запускается и не возвращает следующую отладочную информацию (см. Ниже). Я скомпилировал opencv, используя mingw32 7.3.0. Версия Gstreamer также 32-битная. Что может быть не так? win7, mingw 7.3.0, opencv 4.1.0, gstreamer 1.16.0
