Можно ли приостановить программу сканирования в Интернете? Я использую задержку загрузки из настроек для задержки между URL, но я также хотел бы приостановить свою программу между прокси. Я использую несколько прокси, чтобы очистить несколько URL. У меня 4-5 URL на прокси. Поэтому после того, как он очистит все URL на указанном прокси, я бы хотел, чтобы он приостановился на определенное время (возможно, 10-15 минут), прежде чем перейти к следующему прокси и очистить эти URL.

Да, вы можете некоторое время использовать crawler.engine.pause() и crawler.engine.unpause(), как это делается в вашем DownloadMiddleware
