Мне удалось решить эту проблему путем расширения SSLSocketConnection и отправки нулевого значения вместо имени хоста при вызове createSocket. Таким образом, Java отключает SNI. Затем я просто передаю экземпляр нового класса Jsoup, где я знаю, что SNI потерпит неудачу.
