Я получаю эту ошибку в angular для чтения и анализа файла:

Cannot read property 'match' of undefined

В моем примере я мог бы использовать такой подход с комментариями:

textByLine[24] = textByLine[24].replace(/\/\//g, "");

Но я хочу немногоитерация как эта:

     if (textByLine[i].match(/\/\ import 'core-js/g)) {
textByLine[i] = textByLine[i].replace(/\/\//g, "");
    }

Окончательное решение должно быть в угловых схемах, но я тестирую в узле для более быстрого исправления .. все еще не могу получить его

Попробуйте в nodejs:

 // app.js

const http = require('http');

// Create an instance of the http server to handle HTTP requests
let app = http.createServer((req, res) => {
    // Set a response type of plain text for the response
    res.writeHead(200, {'Content-Type': 'text/plain'});

    // Send back a response and end the connection
    res.end('Hello World!\n');

      var fs = require("fs");
var text = fs.readFileSync("./polyfills.ts", 'utf8');
//console.log(text)
var exp = "/\/\ import 'core-js/g"
//text = text.replace(/\/\//g, "");
let textByLine = text.split(/\n/);

for (let i = 0; i <= textByLine.length; i++) {
  if (textByLine[i].match(/\/\ import 'core-js/g)) {
    textByLine[i] = textByLine[i].replace(/\/\//g, "");
  }
}

//console.log(textByLine[24].match(/\/\ import 'core-js/g, ""));
// LINES I NEED TO REMOVE COMMENTS
//textByLine[24] = textByLine[24].replace(/\/\//g, "");
/*textByLine[25] = textByLine[25].replace(/\/\//g, "");
textByLine[26] = textByLine[26].replace(/\/\//g, "");
textByLine[27] = textByLine[27].replace(/\/\//g, "");
textByLine[28] = textByLine[28].replace(/\/\//g, "");
textByLine[29] = textByLine[29].replace(/\/\//g, "");
textByLine[30] = textByLine[30].replace(/\/\//g, "");
textByLine[31] = textByLine[31].replace(/\/\//g, "");
textByLine[32] = textByLine[32].replace(/\/\//g, "");
textByLine[33] = textByLine[33].replace(/\/\//g, "");
textByLine[34] = textByLine[34].replace(/\/\//g, "");
textByLine[35] = textByLine[35].replace(/\/\//g, "");
textByLine[36] = textByLine[36].replace(/\/\//g, "");
textByLine[37] = textByLine[37].replace(/\/\//g, "");
textByLine[43] = textByLine[43].replace(/\/\//g, "");
*/
//var newText;

//for (var i = textByLine.length - 1; i >= 0; i--) {
 // newText.join(textByLine[i].toString())
//}

//textByLine[24].replace(/\/\//g, "");
console.log(textByLine.join("\n"));

});

// Start the server on port 3000
app.listen(3000, '127.0.0.1');
console.log('Node server running on port 3000');

попробуй на угловом:

 if (options.supportIE11 === 'yes') {
          const content: Buffer | null = tree.read('./src/polyfills.ts');
          let strContent = '';
          if(content) {strContent = content.toString();} else {
           throw new SchematicsException(
             `Pollyfills not found \n`
           );
          }
          const textByLine = strContent.split(/\n/);
          for (let i = 0; i <= textByLine.length; i++) {
           if (textByLine[i].match(/\/\ import 'core-js/g)) {
             textByLine[i] = textByLine[i].replace(/\/\//g, '');
           }
         }

          tree.overwrite('./src/polyfills.ts', textByLine.join('\n'));

         }
