не могу найти имя в шутке

Я пытаюсь создать начальную настройку для jest в реаги + типскрипт. Я завершил начальную настройку и пытаюсь проверить, выполняется ли тест. Когда я запускаю тест с помощью команды npm test, я получаю следующую ошибку 

Cannot find name 'it'. Do you need to install type definitions for a test runner? Try `npm i @types/jest` or `npm i @types/mocha`.

Я установил типы для jest, а также удалил типы в tsconfig.json, но все равно получаю ту же ошибку.

Обновление ts-loader до v6.0.1 или выше может помочь.

установка ::

npm установить jest @ types / jest ts-jest

- jest.config.js - в корне -

В tsconfig.json добавьте следующий код 

"types": ["jest"],
"typeRoots": ["./src/types", "node_modules/@types"],
...
