Ситуация:

У меня есть библиотека классов, которая называется My.Resources и содержит несколько ресурсов.Когда я запускаю свою программу, ресурсы не загружаются.

У меня есть код на языке VS 2010 vb.net. Я испробовал всю логику, но, к сожалению, ничего не работает.Я получаю ниже ошибка, когда запускается приложение.
