Добавление зависимости DevTools дает ошибку при запуске приложения весенней загрузки в STS

После добавления DevTools у меня возникает следующая ошибка, которая не позволяет моему приложению работать в STS. Ошибка и мой pom.xml выглядит следующим образом.

Похоже, что ваш репозиторий .m2 имеет поврежденную зависимость antlr-2.7.7.jar попытайтесь remove antlr-2.7.7.jar очистить и перестроить ваш проект.Если это не поможет, тогда удаление whole .m2 repository наверняка поможет вам.
