Как скрыть панель навигации для меню параметров и сделать содержимое полноэкранным до нижнего края

Question

Работает сокрытие системных панелей Android (строка состояния и панель навигации).При добавлении WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_FULLSCREEN строка состояния была полностью удалена.Панель навигации не видна, но в нижней части экрана есть пробел .Также, когда я нажимаю на меню параметров, появляется панель навигации .

Итак, как я могу полностью удалить панель навигации?Для него не должно быть заполнителя, и он не должен быть виден во время отображения меню параметров.
