Поскольку UITableView и UICollectionView повторно используют его ячейки, установка свойства ячейки может вызвать то, чего вы не ожидали.Поэтому лучший способ настроить ячейки - это использовать метод делегата. 

collectionView(_ collectionView: UICollectionView, cellForItemAt indexPath: IndexPath)

Что вам нужно сделать, это обновить его источник данных и reloadData().
