Заголовок Soap выбирается как нулевой с помощью SOAPMessage.getSOAPHeader () при получении настраиваемого заголовка SOAP

Я пытаюсь извлечь пользовательский заголовок SOAP с помощью механизма цепочки-обработчика, как показано ниже: Webservice:

Проблема в том, что мой заголовок получен как ноль здесь. Может кто-нибудь, пожалуйста, предложите, как получить заголовок здесь. Для справки вот мой пример SOAP-запроса:

При извлечении токена я получаю нулевое значение в моем коде.
