Веб-формы ASP.Net - почему WebResource.axd возвращает код 302

при просмотре веб-сайта на панели «Сеть» элемента «Проверка» я получаю код состояния 302 для WebResource.axd

Даже , когда я набираю адрес напрямую , он перенаправляет на 404.
Также я отключил обычную ошибку, поэтому я не знаю, как она перенаправляет на страницу 404.aspx !!
Я пользуюсь visual studio 2015.
