Печать числа в слова

Question

Я написал программу для отображения чисел от 0 до 9999 в словах. Программа работает должным образом, но я получаю неожиданный вывод, когда я ввожу цифры от 11-19 и цифры, такие как, 415 612 819 (в основном все цифры, которые включают 0-19 в конце). Написанная мною программа написана на с ++, и в настоящее время я начинающий на с ++.

Но затем вы проверяете, находится ли он между 11 и 19. Это невозможно:
