Проблемы с установкой пакета Communications в Octave 4.2

У меня проблема с установкой пакета Communications для Octave на Ubuntu 18 Я начал с установки liboctave 

sudo apt-get install liboctave-dev

Затем я установил зависимые пакеты для коммуникационного пакета: 

pkg install control-3.1.0.tar.gz

pkg install signal-1.4.0.tar.gz

pkg install communications-1.2.1.tar.gz

когда я пришел к третьей команде, она выдала мне эту ошибку, которая, вероятно, связана с использованием устаревшего кода:

Может быть, вы можете попробовать установить communications package с терминала Ubuntu с помощью следующей команды. 

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install octave-communications

И проверьте это: 

>> pkg list
Package Name    | Version | Installation directory
----------------+---------+-----------------------
communications *|   1.2.1 | /usr/share/octave/packages/communications-1.2.1
       control *|   3.2.0 | /home/hugo/octave/control-3.2.0
        signal  |   1.4.1 | /home/hugo/octave/signal-1.4.1

Тогда попробуйте использовать это, и оно работает:
>> pkg load communications

Похоже, что произошел некоторый рефакторинг, и пакет связи необходимо обновить. Теоретически это кажется простым исправлением. Вы можете связаться с Майком Миллером (сопровождающим, как указано на странице пакета: https://octave.sourceforge.io/communications/index.html) и сообщить им об этом, или вы можете попытаться переименовать упомянутые функции самостоятельно.
