Я занимаюсь разработкой веб-приложения с использованием play fraework2.6. Я пытаюсь иметь java8, postgres и nginx в моем dockerfile. Вот файл Docker:

Прежде всего, это правильный способ сделать это. Также сборка занимает слишком много времени для сборки. Я строю так:
docker build -t image:tag .
build загружает все зависимости в sbt и другие зависимости, упомянутые в файле docker. После этого я бегу
docker run -it -p 9000:9000 image:tag
Снова начинается загрузка всех зависимостей. Что я тут не так делаю?
