Библиотека Graph Client может не поддерживать webForm (VB.net), но Restful Graph API должен работать хорошо.Restful Graph API может использоваться практически любым языком или фреймворком.Для VB.NET в ASP.NET WebForms, потому что это не рекомендуется / не поддерживается официальным лицом, поэтому так много логики нам нужно обрабатывать самим (HttpClient) или использовать 3-ю lib .
Только один пример vb.net для справки , игнорируйте сами веб-формы, просто скопируйте код туда, где вам нужно, и измените логику так, как вам нужно.
