Размещать данные на открытый URL без посадки на страницу c # asp.net

Я работаю над сайтом, который отправляет данные на другой сайт, и у него есть целевая страница с URL с помощью.Проблема в том, что я не хочу делать REdirect, я просто хочу, чтобы он отправлял данные на эту страницу и продолжал с кодом под ней.
На другом сайте нет API, как я могу это сделать?

Я просматривал примеры, все из которых имеют отношение к URL-адресам API с аутентификацией при входе в систему, но для этого URL-адреса не требуется вход в систему, просто отправьте данные с URL-адресом (www.example.прийти / отправить? Имя = Имя; Фамилия = Фамилия;) Нечто подобное без фактического перенаправления страницы на этот сайт.
