Laravel & Freshdesk - возвращать ОШИБКУ 400 при создании билета - PullRequest

Я использую Laravel 5.6 .. И я использую этот пакет для интеграции с Freshdesk (https://github.com/mpclarkson/freshdesk-laravel - mpclarkson / freshdesk-laravel)

это мой код в контроллере.

но выдаст ошибку без сообщения, а только КОД ОШИБКИ 400
