Мне нужно сделать исполняемый jar-пакет из моего приложения.

Вот мой pom.xml:

Я собираю пакет с: mvn clean package -DskipTests=true и запустите его по java -jar я получаю это:

spring-boot-maven-plugin создает исполняемый файл jar по умолчанию.Таким образом, вам не нужно создавать его вручную.

В принципе, достаточно просто иметь это в pom.xml:

                <artifactId>spring-boot-maven-plugin</artifactId>

                <executions>

            </plugin>
        </plugins>
    </build>

Если для вашего использования требуется какая-то настраиваемая конфигурация (например,настройка основного класса), здесь вы можете найти хорошую документацию.
