Я не знаю aria2c, но простой способ сделать что-то параллельно, часто использовать GNU Parallel

find . -iregex ".*.torrent" -print0 | parallel -0 aria2c

Это будет работать параллельно,один aria2c на каждое ядро ​​вашего ЦП, пока все файлы не будут загружены.Если по какой-то причине вы специально хотите запускать, скажем, 32, используйте:

find ... | parallel -0 -j32 ...

Если вы хотите использовать индикатор прогресса, используйте:

find ... | parallel -0 --eta ...
