Проблемы, когда панель инструментов и appbarLayout работают с прозрачной панелью навигации

В моей деятельности у меня есть список, я хочу, чтобы мой список находился под прозрачной панелью навигации.

Я определяю тему:

Но я получил панель инструментов и панель приложения под строкой состояния: Toobar и Appbarмакет под строкой состояния

Я пытаюсь добавить fitSystem = "true" на панель инструментов, я получил некоторую усталость высоты панели инструментов: Неправильная высота панели инструментов
