DocuSign_eSign :: ApiError: Неверный запрос

Question

Я использую Docusign Ruby SDK для вызова API. Мой код работает, когда он указывает на разработчика docusign, когда указывает на prod, я получаю ошибку DocuSign_eSign :: ApiError: Bad Request.

Я уже получил свой ключ интеграции / идентификатор клиента, одобренный в производстве, иЯ также уже выполнил часть предоставления разрешения, где вы позволяете ключу интеграции отправлять конверты от имени пользователя. Это было сделано в dev и production.

Я ожидаю, что выводом будет список конвертов, что и происходит при запуске на demo.docusign
