Ваше ограничение B в макетах XML имеет видимость Gone.

Ваш макет B накладывается на макет A, поскольку для атрибутов бульона app:layout_constraintTop_toBottomOf установлено значение parent. И задание поля макета ограничения программным способом не является хорошей практикой. установите свой макет следующим образом:
