Представление компонента навигации Android.SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_VISIBLE добавляет пустой пробел между строкой состояния и панелью действий

Question

View.SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_VISIBLE добавляет дополнительные пробелы в пользовательский интерфейс. Я попытался добавить флаг View.SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_LAYOUT_STABLE, но между панелью действий и строкой состояния все еще существует дополнительный прозрачный пробел. Как программно вернуться в режим отображения строки состояния из полноэкранного режима?
