Исходя из кода de VCL, не похоже, что Varni sh удаляет файлы cookie PHPSESSID и store. Один из способов убедиться в этом - выполнить следующую команду varnishlog на вашем сервере Varni sh:

. Она будет проверять запросы от запросов на домашнюю страницу и перечислять следующие вещи:

• URL
• Файлы cookie, установленные клиентом в качестве заголовка запроса
• Копия файлов cookie, заданная в качестве заголовка внутреннего запроса
• Возможные файлы cookie быть сброшенным в клиентской части VCL (например, в vcl_recv)
• Возможные файлы cookie, которые могут быть сброшены в серверной части VCL (например, в vcl_backend_request)
