Я не могу импортировать модуль elmo из TensorFlow Hub. Я могу импортировать другие модули и успешно их использовать. Я использую TF2.0 на экземпляре GCP Jupyterlab с графическими процессорами. Когда я пытаюсь это:

import tensorflow as tf
import tensorflow_hub as hub

elmo = hub.Module("https://tfhub.dev/google/elmo/3", trainable=True)

я получаю:

API hub.Module не работает в режиме Eager. Проверьте https://www.tensorflow.org/hub/migration_tf2 и обратите внимание на изменение формата файла с концентратора TF1. Модуль на TF2 SavedModel.
