модуль kivy не будет установлен на pyhton 3.8 в pycharm или cmd

я пробовал все rth загруженные зависимости стирал другие python3 .7 3.5 и проверял, что pycharm находится в enterpred на 3.8 и у меня последняя версия pip и пробовал все это, но все равно не будет установлен kivy itt дает много зависимостей и эта ошибка
