как я могу это исправить для телеграммы? равноправный канал

Мне нужна помощь с этим кодом. Месяц go, я изменил его, чтобы соответствовать мне. вот уже три дня я страдаю от ошибки, которую не могу исправить .. Раньше он работал, а теперь нет. Большое спасибо.
