Каждый раз, когда моя компания вносила некоторые изменения в прокси в нашей сети, я не мог использовать npm установить снова. Я изменил npm config http-proxy / proxy / strict-ssl на их правильные значения, а также изменил реестр с http://registry.npmjs.org/ на https://registry.npmjs.org/
