ZSH Зависает при открытии вкладки приложения Автозаполнение

Я часто открываю приложения на своем Ma c с помощью команды open -a <application-name>. Я также недавно использовал автозаполнение вкладок для выполнения своих команд. Я попытался сделать это после того, как написал, например, open -a или open -a Safa, но когда я нажимаю клавишу Tab, zsh зависает, и я больше ничего не могу набрать в окне. Это также не предоставляет опции автозаполнения, как это должно быть. Я пробовал это в терминале и iTerm2, и проблема не устранена.

Я использую zsh 5.7.1. У меня также установлен Oh My Zsh на моем компьютере.
