Мой проект Django3 не читает файлы stati c

Я создал новый Django проект на своем docker образе и выполнил команду

docker run -it -p 8888: 8888 simple- django -on- docker

Вкл. http://localhost: 8888 / , я мог видеть Django верхнюю страницу, но моя консоль chrome dev говорит, 

Refused to apply style from 'http://localhost:8888/static/admin/css/fonts.css' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.

Вкл. http://localhost: 8888 / admin , страница также не читает css файлов.

Поэтому я выполнил эту команду, чтобы найти точный путь. 

python3 manage.py findstatic .

и результат был такой. 

Found '.' here:
  /Users/umedzuyouhei/.local/share/virtualenvs/python-docker-zWNu1ZnK/lib/python3.7/site-packages/django/contrib/admin/static

Почему мое приложение не загружает файлы c?
