Я бы придерживался LTS версии 12.16.x и попытался бы переустановить пакеты узлов после того, как вы переместились на узел 12.16.x:

npm install -g titanium appcelerator alloy

Также имейте в виду : 9.1.0.v20200422074103 - это ночная сборка, поэтому не поддерживаемая версия.
